Demand Generation Marketing Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Associate to support B2B growth initiatives through audience engagement and conversion programs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Develop and manage a quarterly webinar program to generate leads and validate thought leadership
Implement and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in demand generation
Proven success in generating qualified leads and pipeline
Understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and full-funnel demand generation campaigns
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus
Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
