A company is looking for a New Business Intake and Conflicts
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the conflicts department and ensure
efficiency
Supervise, train, and mentor conflicts team members while providing
excellent customer service
Analyze processes for improvements and produce reports for firm
management
Required Qualifications
4-year college degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in automated conflicts and new
business intake
Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience
Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, and corporate reference
sources
Knowledge of the Aderant billing system
