A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead
and support the engineering team in delivering high-quality
software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver maintainable
enterprise software
Own successful delivery by establishing best practices in
estimations and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and
technical strategy
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical
Engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in full-stack enterprise software
development
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in an
agile environment
Strong technical foundation in software engineering design
principles
Experience with various application architectures, including
cloud-based solutions
