Our client, a leading global conglomerate, is seeking a talented Director of Corporate Finance to join their team. As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic guidance, and driving financial performance.In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate investment opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the executive search industry is a plus. Compensation:
    • Competitive salary package. ($250K - $270k)
    • Annual bonus of 25%
