Job Description:
A company is looking for a CEO for a Gaming business unit to
plan, develop, and execute strategies for scaling its publishing
business.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute yearly and quarterly strategies
Own P&L for the Gaming business unit and make strategic
decisions on various aspects of the business
Attract, develop, inspire, and lead high performers while tackling
obstacles that impede progress
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing P&Ls and prior leadership
experience with significant exposure to C-suite
Strong record of overseeing and launching casual games
Experience in the real gaming/competitive games space with a mix of
creative, technical, and managerial skills
Ability to collaborate and lead a mildly distributed team
effectively
Degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field is preferred; an
MBA/Master's degree is a plus
