Key Responsibilities
Recruit, manage, and maintain a high-performing engineering team
focused on software networking products
Plan and execute complex technical projects while developing
efficient team processes
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define roadmaps
and ensure successful product rollouts
Required Qualifications
Direct experience managing, coaching, and mentoring software
engineers
Domain expertise in Networking stack with experience in shipping
products at scale
Proven track record of delivering projects throughout the entire
SDLC
Experience in developing cross-disciplinary collaboration between
various teams
Experience with staffing and building high-performing teams
