Job Summary:New Tatum consulting project opportunity in Plano, Texas. Our family office investment owned client needs a Fractional CFO to lead Accounting & Finance at their portfolio restaurant holding group. This project duration could develop into a long-term project depending on the value add of the fractional CFO.Location: Plano, TexasJob Type: ContractSalary: $100 - 130 per hourWork Hours: 8 to 5Education: Bachelor's degreeExperience: 10 YearsResponsibilities:Fractional CFO will manage the portfolio companies Controller and act as the liaison between the Family Office and the outsourced transactional accounting group. The restaurant group has 12 restaurants and $25 million in revenue.The project focus is:

• Create and implement a strategic finance guide that is scalable for growth
• Treasury
• Manage the Controller for period accounting and review intercompany transactions
• Sales & use tax for 3 states
• Fixed assets
• Provide oversight and reporting to the family office
• M&A Due Diligence
• Provide Acquisition accounting transitionQualifications:Qualification Requirements:
  • Must have CFO 3+ years experience in the Restaurant industry
  • Must have Multi-Site & Multi-Entity experience
  • Experience consulting with Private Equity or Family Office Investments
  • Must be able to commit to the client project and dedicate 15-20 hours a week for a month project with 3+ months in duration
  • Must be able to work onsite in Plano, Texas
  • Preferred experience with ERP POS system / Restaurant 365 & Toast
