Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Hand Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Completes daily progress notes and treatment summaries reflecting
patient responses and discharge needs
Develops and documents comprehensive treatment plans based on
evaluation findings and patient input
Provides clinical mentoring and guidance to new or less experienced
staff and students in hand therapy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart
Association
Eligible for Virginia Licensure as a Physical Therapist or
Occupational Therapist
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Occupational or Physical
Therapist
At least 2 years of experience in custom splinting and adult
rehabilitation
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy; Master's
preferred
