Action Behavior Centers is expanding to bring exceptional care to underserved communities, and we're looking for a passionate Clinical Director to lead the charge in shaping the future of ABA therapy at Action!

Our clinical leaders are supported by a network of the top BCBAs and with training and guidance by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team including Dr. Linda Leblanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Gregory Hanley, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, Dr. Anthony Cammilleri, and Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Charna Mintz.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Direct the clinical framework for a brand-new center, providing world-class ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), while guiding a passionate team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering a culture of growth and learning. What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: $87,000 - $92,000 (based on experience) + bonuses
  • Monthly Bonus : Earn up to $2,000 per month, totaling up to $24,000 annually in bonuses.
