Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the daily operation of various Retail & Rental locations at Hurricane Harbor
• Promote and support the Six Flags Mantra- Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.
• Guest Service- Ensure a Best Shopping Experience by exhibiting and fostering a retail environment that delivers great guest interactions and achieves guest service targets.
• Lead, train, develop, and evaluate the performance of Team Members on daily basis.
• Provide positive encouragement and feedback on performance in timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain full support and compliance of Cash Handling/POS policies and procedures.
• Be familiar with discounts and how to operate the register.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness inside and outside of the Retail & Rental locations
• Maintain well-organized back areas, cash wraps, and stores
• Visual Presentation - ability to change, update and provide direction on setting up focal tables and walls quickly and effectively. Quick turnaround is required.
• Product Placement- become familiar with key items and floor placement. Maintain adequate levels of stock.
• Sales Driven- understand and work to attain daily per-capita, revenue, cost of sales, and labor targets.
• Inventory - maintain and abide by park inventory practices and procedures for store orders, damages, and transfers.
• Other park duties and tasks as assignedJob Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess strong leadership skills, good communication skills, goal oriented, ability to multi- task and works well with others.
  • Ability to work outdoors and stand for up to 8 hrs.
  • Ability to handle food and able to be TABC certified
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20lbs. May require use of a ladder
  • 1-2 years experience in a Retail environment with basic fundamentals of POS systems and Inventory tracking systems
  • Must be able to work a flex schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
