Job Title: Technology & Equity Strategy Analyst

Location: Downtown Dallas (self-paid parking)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $25/hour

Duration: 6 months



Responsibilities:

Lead weekly team-wide training sessions on AI tools, data analytics platforms, and other emerging tech.
Track KPIs: attendance, engagement trends, repeat absentees, and consistent participants.
Develop and administer hands-on, pass/fail quizzes to assess learning and skill retention.
Must bring genuine excitement for technology and a desire to empower others with new tools.
Support the Workforce, Education, and Equity Committee by managing communications with stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, anticipate questions, and provide well-researched answers.
Follow up on monthly Committee meeting action items with professionalism and clarity.
Read and analyze dense public documents with a critical eye.
Connect complex ideas, challenge assumptions, and synthesize innovative strategies.
Engage in strategic conversations and collaborative brainstorming to generate actionable insights.



What We're Looking For:

HS Diploma or GED
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to facilitate learning and engagement with tech concepts.
Comfort with ambiguity, strategic thinking, and equity-centered innovation.
Excellent reading comprehension and ability to derive insights from policy-level documents.
