Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Legal and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Field requests from a legal ticketing system to ensure timely
service for internal clients
Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents such as BAAs,
NDAs, and MSAs
Manage the contract lifecycle management system for compliance and
efficient workflows
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) with distinction and active bar membership in
good standing
4+ years of experience in healthcare law, preferably in SaaS or
healthcare services
Strong experience in negotiating and drafting complex agreements in
the healthcare sector
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and
HITECH
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and legal
technology tools
