Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter - Workers'
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and price new business and renewal applications for
commercial insurance
Process endorsements, cancellations, and reissues of policies while
ensuring compliance with guidelines
Field agency service requests and maintain accurate servicing of
accounts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years' experience in a professional business or insurance
environment preferred
Previous commercial lines underwriting experience is a plus
Working knowledge of underwriting principles and state-specific
laws
Proficient in Excel
