Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to oversee
and align Go-To-Market Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and align Sales Operations and Marketing Operations towards
shared revenue and growth goals
Establish and maintain key revenue performance metrics for
visibility into overall revenue performance
Develop and implement processes to improve effectiveness across the
revenue cycle
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales
Operations in a tech company
Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes with a track
record of driving improvements
Experience managing incentive programs and GTM performance
metrics
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot
Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic
goals
