Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help grow
their design team and shape the future of their event technology
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and efficient workflows for enterprise systems
that empower event organizers
Collaborate with teams to identify and solve usability challenges,
ensuring a functional and delightful platform
Drive the design process end-to-end, from user research and concept
development to final UI/UX implementation
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, focusing on
workflows for complex enterprise systems
Strong ability to shift between UI, UX, and research
initiatives
Experience working with and building upon design systems
Familiarity with UX and HCI processes and methodologies
Proficiency in screen design tools, such as Figma
