Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Principal Product Designer to
lead design initiatives for AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and define high-level opportunities in AI to transform
user experience and business outcomes
Drive strategic, design-led projects from concept to delivery,
collaborating with leadership to guide customer-centered
outcomes
Develop innovative design patterns and systems, setting standards
for interaction design in the context of AI
Required Qualifications
10+ years in a senior Individual Contributor role with experience
in leading high-impact design initiatives
Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, particularly in
AI technology and consumer products
A portfolio showcasing significant contributions to impactful
customer experiences
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence
design strategy
Expertise in design thinking methodologies and leading teams to
create customer-centered solutions
