We are looking for a sharp, articulate CIO (Chief Information
Officer) for a Company of approximately 1000 employees and growing.
We have offices in several major cities, such as Atlanta and
Chicago. This corporate office is in the North Center Expressway
area of Dallas.

You would lead all aspects of all IT systems and services to the
company. Working closely with the Business Heads of each functional
area, he/she develops IT strategies and plans to support the
company's business objectives, and priorities. The CIO is a member
of the Executive Team and is accountable for the successful
implementation of systems and the delivery of reliable and
responsive IT services. The role also involves accountability for
operational infrastructure supporting the company. At the same
time, aligning with the company's strategic goals and fostering a

Monitoring: Experience in building and implementing automated
processes to monitor key applications and ensure their optimal
performance.
Team Building: Proven ability to build and lead high-performance
teams. Equally as important, building out a strong culture.
Application Development: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience
in software development and internal application development,
including agile methodologies.
Vendor Management: Extensive experience in managing IT vendors and
service providers at a senior level.
Fully conversant with HIPAA and GDPR regulations
Effective, visible and articulate leader with a reputation for
establishing collaborative working relationships with his/her
business counterparts and capable at guiding positive
organizational change
Strategic thinker with a business mindset who can translate
strategies to executable plans and capable of overseeing successful
global implementations of major systems and services
Someone who can still get in and get their hands dirty and lead by
example
Experience with cloud-based platforms & services and virtualized
environments
Experience with major System Development Methodologies and
related/supporting collaboration and documentation tools and
platforms (i.e. JIRA, etc.)
Team player capable of gaining the respect and trust of all the
business leaders of the company to whom he/she can be counted on to
provide guidance, advice and support on all IT matters

infrastructure-related plans and projects
IT Security and the company's Cybersecurity profile
Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department and
performance management of the IT team
Budget and cost management of IT
Personnel management
Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all
internal operations to help optimize their strategic benefits
Designing and implementing systems and platforms to improve
customer experience
Qualifications:
BSc/BA or higher in Computer Science
Minimum of 15 years of broad experience in the Information
Technology field
Minimum of 5 years in an IT Leadership position (CIO of a
comparable-sized company or Direct Report to the CIO in a major
corporation)
Experience with FileVine and Power BI would be a real advantage
Proven leadership, leading IT teams across various areas and have
led teams of more than 20 people.
Outstanding communication skills
Experience or background in managing and delivering infrastructure
services would be an advantage
Experience in managing and contracting outsourced environments
