Job Description:
A company is looking for a Child Support Systems Business
Analyst to join their DDI team developing a case management system
for a social services agency client.
Key Responsibilities
Define user functional requirements and translate them into
specifications
Participate in design validation and Joint Application Design (JAD)
sessions with client SMEs
Create test cases, execute system tests, and document test
results
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
Knowledge of the project life cycle
Experience developing use cases and designing screens
Human services or child support enforcement experience
preferred
