We embrace an ownership mindset, pushing ourselves and each other to accelerate progress and create lasting success.About the Position:Location: Arlington, VA or Alpharetta, GA or Houston, TX (hybrid-3 days from office)The Senior Finance Director will act as a finance business partner to Chief Supply Chain Officer and their organization.As the Senior Finance Director for Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will:

• Develop and lead a global high-performing team.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning and forecasting of supply chain organization.
• Manage projects costs, including spending authorization and cost controlling (projects cost reporting and variance analysis).
• Provide financial insights into supply chain decisions, e.g. partnerships with contract manufacturers, commercial negotiations, IRA modeling, capex projects assessment.
• Co-manage Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) process.
• Manage systems and processes development.
• Prepare and present materials for Executive Leadership and Board of Directors meetings.What will an ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Finance roles. Background in industrial manufacturing is required. Energy or energy storage business knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in managing business of > $1 billion annual revenue is a must have.
• Proven team leadership and strong communication skills.
• Capability to manage the financial performance of Supply Chain / Operations group, operating in a high growth environment, on track with budget and other defined goals.
