Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Service Operations
Representative to assist members and providers with various
inquiries and support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding
eligibility for state and federal programs
Gather personal and financial information to complete state
applications on behalf of members
Assist members in locating additional resources to promote healthy
living and manage medication costs
Required Qualifications
3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data
entry
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology,
systems, and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
