Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Associate in the Travel Contact
Center to support sales and service for travel products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Members/non-Members via phone, email, and web chat with
travel reservations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to
encourage repeat business
Meet or exceed established production and performance
requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 months of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a
call center
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as required
Must have a stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
Successful completion of virtual training class
