Job Description:
A company is looking for an Attorney with significant litigation
experience to support its practice in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partners and associates on case-related tasks
Draft complex pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs
Conduct factual and legal research and manage client-facing
litigation tasks
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Three to five years of general litigation experience preferred
Active member of a US State Bar in good standing
Experience with complex litigation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
