A company is looking for an Engagement Consultant who will
manage a portfolio of learning projects for various clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of service engagements and develop project work
plans
Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring
alignment with customer needs
Conduct needs analyses and provide recommendations based on
industry trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
University degree in education, business, computer science, or
related field
Experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, and
learning strategy
Strong proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and desktop
applications
Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights aligned
with customer goals
